This quote is to furnish your house AFTER your house sells or is rented so there are no huge out of pocket expenses. If you agree to the furnishing quote we will move forward.
- We will then draft up a simple contract to furnish your home after the house sells or is rented. A $199 deposit is due at time of signing contract.
- We will then quickly create and provide to you beautiful, large, full color display posters to be placed in each room of the house you have for sale displaying photos of the furniture that the buyer/renter will receive when they buy/rent your home. These display posters will entice potential buyers/renters as they view your home and help them imagine living their New Life in the home you have for sale with the new upscale furniture they will receive when they move in! You will also receive a CD full of pictures of the furniture we will be using to furnish your home so you can use these pictures in your Real Estate advertisements & begin advertising your home as fully furnished!
- After you quickly find your buyer/renter & your house closes escrow or is rented and you have collected your profit we will then collect payment and deliver your new furniture to your SOLD home! It’s that simple!

How Much Money Will I Have To Spend To Furnish My House After It Sells/Rents?

We can work with almost any budget and can be creative to furnish a
house on a tight budget so please call! Generally you can expect to pay
1.5% of the listing price of your house to fully furnish it. For
Example: Your house is listed for sale at $500,000 it would cost
approx. $7,500 to fully furnish your house. Smaller homes may cost
less, larger homes may cost more. Again, we can work with almost any budget so please call to receive your FREE in home quote!
